Delivery Charges

UK Recorded Delivery - £4.95

We aim to process all orders within 1-2 working days. Parcels are sent out by Royal Mail Signed For® and take between 2-3 working days, although this can not be guaranteed. Royal Mail will provide you with confirmation of delivery, but this is not a fully tracked service. If you require a fully tracked service, please use Special Next Day Delivery.

UK Special Next Day Delivery - 8.95

We offer an express delivery service for UK addresses only. Orders received before 12.00 will ordinarily arrive before 1pm the next working day. Exceptions include larger parcels that involve a courier that may be delivered in the afternoon. Orders placed after 12.00 on Friday are only guaranteed for Monday.

Please note a signature is required for both these services, if no-one is at the specified delivery address when delivery is attempted, a card will be left and the parcel will be returned to the local sorting office where it will be held until it can be collected or rescheduled for delivery.

European Delivery - £9.00 - £15.00

We are happy to send parcels to addresses anywhere in Europe. Standard delivery is charged at £9.00, is not tracked and takes approximately 5 working days to arrive. Priority delivery is £15.00, is tracked and takes between 2-3 working days to arrive. If a parcel is over 2kg in weight a surcharge may apply, but we will contact you to discuss this.

We are happy to send parcels by Express Delivery within Europe. These packages can arrive within 1-2 days. Prices start at £14 depending on the weight of the parcel. Please contact us for a price if you would like to pay for Express Delivery. The supplement will be charged separately if you decide to go ahead with this method. This price does not include any import duties or local taxes, for which the recipient is responsible.

Please be aware, packages may be delayed by customs. This is rare, but out of our control. 

Restricted Goods

Under dangerous goods regulations, we are currently unable to ship the following items outside mainland United Kingdom.

  • Room Mists
  • Scent Diffusers

Rest of The World - £12.00 - £20.00

We are happy to send parcels to most addresses outside Europe. Standard delivery is charged at £12.00, is not tracked and takes approximately 7-10 working days to arrive. Priority delivery is £20.00, is tracked and takes approximately 5-7 working days to arrive. If a parcel is over 2kg in weight a surcharge may apply, but we will contact you to discuss this.

Delivery Instructions

Please be aware, delivery instructions are given at your own risk. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels if something goes wrong based on your instructions. If you are sending a parcel to a hospital or hospice, please ensure that you have all the correct ward details and that the hospital or hospice are happy to accept deliveries and forward parcels onto patients. We cannot be held responsible for a parcel not reaching a patient once it has been signed for.

Refunds

Can I get a refund?

We are happy to offer a refund on any unwanted goods if returned within 14 days from receipt. The item (s) must be new / unused / and undamaged and in their original packaging.

When will I get my refund?

We aim to process all refunds within 14 working days of receipt and will email you a confirmation once the refund has been made. The refund will be processed via the same method of payment used on your order.

What if my item is damaged?

If it is our fault and the goods we have sent to you are faulty or damaged, postage will be refunded by us. Please contact our customer service team within seven days and we will be happy to resolve any problems. Please do not sign for any packages that are damaged or opened.

Can I exchange or amend my order?

If you would like to exchange or amend an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we may try to assist you. If an order has already been dispatched it may not be possible to recall the item, but we will do our best do help you with the returns procedure and the placing of a new order. Please note, we do not cover costs incurred during this process.

Please make sure the parcel is sufficiently insured and that you keep proof of posting. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. Any import duties that may arise from shipping and returned items will need to be covered by you unless it is our fault and the goods are faulty or damaged, in which case postage will be refunded.
