The Boost Box Company - Information

Gift Box & Personal Notecard

All our Boost Boxes are packaged by hand and presented in one of our beautiful recycled gift boxes and finished in our signature trim. Individual gifts are carefully bubble wrapped or supported in luxury shredded tissue paper to ensure they are fully protected. A hand-written notecard is included with each order - just specify your message in the designated field at the checkout and it will be included with your gift. Once your order has been received you will be sent a confirmation email. If you do not receive this please contact us at: to check your order has been received. No pricing details are attached to any part of the gift box.

Please note, only one delivery address can be used for each order. If you would like to send a Boost Box to more than one address, you will need to make each order separately.

Charitable Donation

Each month we will be donating one Boost Box from our collection to 'Something To Look Forward To' a charity organisation set up to enable people and their families affected by cancer to access a variety of gifts, ranging from theatre tickets and hotel stays to meals out and beauty treatments. Delivery Charges

UK Recorded Delivery - £3.95

We aim to process all orders within 1-2 working days. Please contact us at: if you require something sooner or for a specific date and we will do our very best to accommodate your request. Parcels are sent out by Royal Mail Signed For® and take between 2-3 working days, although this cannot be guaranteed. Royal Mail will provide you with confirmation of delivery, but this is not a fully tracked service. If you require a fully tracked service, please use Special Next Day Delivery.

UK Special Next Day Delivery - £8.95

We offer an express delivery service for UK addresses only. Orders received before 12.00 will ordinarily arrive before 1pm the next working day. Exceptions include larger parcels that involve a courier that may be delivered in the afternoon. Orders placed after 12.00 on Friday are only guaranteed for Monday. 

Please note a signature is required for both these services. If no-one is at the specified delivery address when delivery is attempted, a card will be left and the parcel will be returned to the local sorting office where it will be held until it can be collected or rescheduled for delivery.

Delivery Instructions

Please be aware, delivery instructions are given at your own risk. We can not be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels if something goes wrong based on your instructions. If you are sending a parcel to a hospital or hospice, please ensure that you have all the correct ward details and that the hospital or hospice are happy to accept deliveries and forward parcels onto patients. We cannot be held responsible for a parcel not reaching a patient once it has been signed for.
